Job summary

Wingstop in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, direct and train Team Members, and support the General Manager and AGM. This role is an excellent starting point for someone with a management mindset who wants to learn more about leadership in the Wingstop system.

Shift Leaders are responsible for guiding all restaurant activities, including customer service, profitability and quality assurance, while overseeing staff performance and ensuring guests

Job description

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:

Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area)

Up to $17.71 per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)

Up to $17.82 per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)

Up to $19.20 per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)

Up to $19.56 per hour(Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM.
