Heartland Restaurant Group is hiring SHIFT LEADERS to join our team at a Dunkin' franchise in Mount Pleasant, PA. We’re looking for a leader with a welcoming, upbeat attitude who focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for teammates.

You will coach and train staff, teach operations across shifts, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. Franchisee will be your employer.
