Job summary

Heartland Restaurant Group is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin franchise team in Kittanning, PA. You must have prior restaurant Shift Manager experience and a passion for guest service. Lead by example in a fast-paced setting and foster a positive environment for teammates.

In this frontline leadership role you will coach staff, uphold brand standards, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage opening/closing duties with an emphasis on development and advancement opportunities.
