Job summary

Heartland Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Leaders at the Monaca location to join our Dunkin' team. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver a great guest experience.

The ideal candidate has prior restaurant Shift Manager experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to coach, train and motivate teammates in a fast-paced setting.
