Job summary

Blaze Pizza in Ten Mile, TN is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a team, take orders, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will operate the POS, help with food prep, and maintain a clean dining room while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The franchisee Millennial Restaurant Group (MRG) provides on-the-job training and mentoring to develop management skills and opportunities for advancement, with weekly pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Full availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fun, energetic, friendly and well-groomed.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas to company standards.
• Operating a point of sale system and handling cash procedures.
• Food prep, cleaning, stocking, and dining room upkeep.
• Deliver fast, courteous, sincere service and positive guest experiences.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness per company standards.

• Taking orders, preparing and firing GREAT pizzas that are in-line with company standards
• Operating a point of sale system and following all cash handling procedures
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards
• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
• Other duties as assigned
