Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to join its Pittsburgh-area team.

You will participate in on-the-job training and mentoring to enhance management capabilities and prepare for advancement, while contributing to a friendly culture that emphasizes teamwork and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fun, energetic and friendly.
• Good personal grooming.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, stretch and use fingers/wrists continuously.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas to company standards.
• Operating a point of sale system and following cash handling procedures.
• Food preparation, cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean dining room.
• Cultivating the guest experience with fast, courteous, sincere service.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance per company standards.
• Be a team player who can lead as needed and support the team.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards


• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
