We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on a bagel — adding flavor and holding everything together.

A day in the life of a Shift Leader:

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. Empowered to set team morale and tone, open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many leaders started as Shift Leaders and grew their careers here. If you enjoy making mornings special, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
