Job summary

Qdoba in Minnesota seeks a Team Lead to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by managing shifts, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring guest and team service excellence. You will lead and train staff, monitor performance, and enforce procedures to uphold brand standards.

You may perform cook, line server, and cashier tasks as needed, promoting a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment while maintaining high food quality and guest satisfaction.
