Job summary

Qdoba in Eagan, MN is seeking a Restaurant Team Lead to supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will manage orders, maintain food safety standards, assist with inventory, and help the General Manager run daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in quick-service environments, strong math and communication skills, and the energy to thrive in a busy setting. Some lifting is required; must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours
