Role of a Shift Leader

A Shift Leader supports the management team in running the location, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, customer service, cash handling, following training programs, developing team members, enforcing policies, participating in marketing, building sales, maintaining cleanliness, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Ensure timely communication with management
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance
• Create high-quality food and maintain cleanliness
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Manage and lead a crew of 2-5 people
• Perform opening and closing tasks, including baking bread and prep
• Proficient in slicing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
• Reliable transportation
