Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead a hands-on shift, ensure quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness, and help drive performance with efficient labor, sales, and cost management.

The role emphasizes developing team members, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations by performing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance by ensuring SOPs are followed and maintaining urgency to speed service; monitor labor, sales and food costs.
