Responsibilities of a Shift Leader

• Support management in running the store.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high-quality food production.
• Handle cash and follow training programs.
• Develop team members for career growth.
• Enforce policies and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Be certified in all restaurant positions.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs; accommodations available for disabilities.
• Work 38-40 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance.
• Create food to Jersey Mikes standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Key Holder responsibilities and managing a team of 2-5 people.
• Proficient in slicing and all prep tasks.
