We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality and maintain a safe, clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you have opportunities to grow your career—many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you love making mornings special, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to acquire before training completion)
• Valid driver's license (preferred but location-dependent)
