Dunkin' in Rockville, MD is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
