Dunkin' in Silver Spring, MD is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members, ensure brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience on every shift. You will set priorities, assign tasks, and motivate the team to meet goals while providing timely feedback.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or supervisory experience, solid math and writing skills, basic computer skills, is at least 18, and preferably has a high school diploma or equivalent.

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team!

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
