Job summary

Southpaw Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our crew in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will help run the show by leading by example, coaching teammates, and ensuring top-notch service and coffee quality.

You’ll manage shift priorities, follow brand standards and safety guidelines, and support training to help team members grow while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, retail, or team leadership preferred.
• Strong communication is essential.
• Ability to operate basic restaurant equipment.
• Passion for fast, friendly service.

Pay: $17-$19
