As a Shift Leader at our Oakland store located at 115 Meyran Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15213, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Taking pride in your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests
• Support store operations during your shift, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, and assist in training team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership by example and motivating others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
