What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training
