We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. They open and close the store with little supervision. Our teams ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have opportunities to grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you love making mornings special, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• Possession or ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but location-dependent) and driving qualifications
