Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Shift Lead Qualifications - Education and Experience:
  • Some high school education preferred
  • Experience in operations is a plus
Food Safety:

Local requirements such as Food Handler certification are acquired at the applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

Work involves standing for long periods, working with hot and cold foods, and using kitchen equipment. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., work in noisy, hot environments, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Effective communication and conflict management skills are essential.
