We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set team morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring food quality and a safe, clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3AM depending on the location) and weekends
• Ability to pass background check as required by law
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but location-dependent) and meeting driving qualifications
