Cheba Hut Toasted Subs in Oklahoma City seeks a Shift Leader (18+) to supervise the floor, coach the crew, ensure food quality and safety, and enhance customer experience under the GM. • Previous shift lead, key holder, or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Shop-first, customer-first mindset, with integrity and self-direction.
• Strong communication skills, including the hard conversations.
• Ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
• State-required food safety certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift 47 lbs, stand up to 10 hours, and work shifts up to 10 hours.
• Comfortable with a cannabis-themed culture.

Responsabilités

• Uphold the “Big 4”: atmosphere, cleanliness, interaction, and product quality. Be a thermostat, not a thermometer.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the crew through recognition and accountability, working shoulder to shoulder.
• Run a smooth shift: complete the Battle Plan, get “aces in their places,” and call audibles when it’s busy or short-staffed.
• Keep food safe and fresh: write prep and stock lists to PARs, complete line checks, follow F.I.F.O., and keep the waste log.
• Make sure orders are accurate and meet Cheba Hut ticket times.
• Hit SPMH and labor targets.
• Hold everyone to the same standard, with no favorites and no silent approval, and keep shop leadership in the loop.

Cheba Hut Toasted Subs – Shift Leader - MUST BE 18+

About the role

Cheba Hut Shift Leaders run the floor. You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with the Assistant General Manager.
