Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure brand standards, product knowledge, and smooth shift handoffs while keeping the store inviting and efficiently run.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing promotions, and handling cash and inventories with integrity. Flexible scheduling and a positive, energetic attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or trained and approved for Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and schedule changes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on brand standards, guest connections, and store cleanliness.
• Coach and train Team Members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate.
• Assist with administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Maintain safety and security standards and a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
