Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a high-energy team. You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, manage the floor, and execute brand standards during your shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure brand standards are met.
• Coordinate on-floor tasks and hand-offs between shifts.
• Coach and train team members in real-time on SOPs, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory and deposits with integrity.
• Uphold quality, cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
