Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on the floor alongside the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure brand standards, manage the shift, and maintain a welcoming coffeehouse environment for guests.

You will coach teammates, handle deposits and inventory, enforce safety procedures, and support menu promotions with strong communication and energy.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or training and approval for Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Delegate tasks, manage priorities, and hand off to the next shift.
• Coach and train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Ensure SOPs, cash handling, store safety and security.
• Arrive on time and contribute to the team's success.
