Shift Leader Responsibilities include:

• Managing performance of FOH & BOH employees
• Promoting a positive work environment
• Training employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step method
• Rewarding employee performance exceeding standards
• Ensuring operational checklists are completed accurately
• Managing guest experience metrics and food safety standards
• Leading onboarding and training of new employees
• Managing food costs, cash policies, and labor

Requirements:

• Previous Shift Leader experience
• Completion of the 'train the trainer' course within 90 days
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards and company policies
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and motivation
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in high temperatures
