Jimmy John's is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members and drive operational excellence during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to meet Brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing shift priorities, coaching, resolving guest issues, and upholding safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. A high standard of professionalism and teamwork is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid math and writing abilities.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Jimmy John's team!

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities

Team Environment

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

Operational Excellence

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability

• Drive sales goals and results
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

Skills And Qualifications

• Fluent in English
