Job summary

Jimmy John's in Knoxville is seeking a Shift Manager to run shifts, lead team members, and support the restaurant management team. The role shares accountability for all restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, developing team members, and growing sales and profits.

You will address guest inquiries, ensure staffing, and maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness to deliver a consistently great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum three (3) months experience as team member.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
