Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift basis and support the management team in delivering excellent guest service. You will coach team members, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and uphold food safety standards.

Flexible schedule options include full-time and part-time roles. The position offers opportunities for advancement, training, and benefits where available within the franchisee’s program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
