Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the store team with coaching and guidance.

You'll work with management to ensure tasks are completed effectively, manage time, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a focus on teamwork and growth within the Dunkin' franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time and stand for long periods.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities
