Job summary

Dunkin’ franchise opportunity with OKD Management is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily shift operations and support the management team in coaching staff for efficient task execution.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or retail supervisory experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexible full‑time and part‑time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 18+ years old per policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations on a rotating basis.
• Assist management by coaching team members for task completion.
• Maintain quality, guest service, and safety standards during shifts.
• Follow all food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile‑making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
