As the Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the team's schedules, ensuring that all team members are properly assigned to their respective shifts and that the schedule is optimized for productivity and efficiency. You will coordinate tasks among team members, assigning specific duties and responsibilities to each individual based on their skills and experience. Additionally, you will ensure that all team members are fully trained and knowledgeable about the company's safety protocols, and you will conduct regular safety inspections to monitor compliance and address any issues promptly. You will also be tasked with monitoring production metrics, such as output rates, quality control, and equipment performance, to ensure that the team is meeting or exceeding production targets. You will analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
