Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring a Shift Leader to manage a fast-paced dining floor in Murfreesboro, TN. You’ll coach the crew, set shifts, and ensure orders move quickly while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

You will train on-site, follow cash and labor procedures, and help sustain food safety standards. This role offers growth into management with a strong team environment and reliable scheduling.

Formación

• Restaurant, retail or Dunkin’ crew experience.
• Dependable with clear leadership style.

• Accurate cash handling and procedure follow-through.
• Ability to stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station.
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows.
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work.
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up.
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, stay friendly.
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift.
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn ServSafe certification with us.
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager.
• Opening, mid and closing shifts; hours vary by location.

Coach the Team & Run the Floor

You know the rush. Now you run it.

As a Dunkin’ Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor) with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re

in charge of the floor for your shift. You set positions, keep the drive-thru moving, and coach the

crew so every drink and sandwich goes out right. It’s a great next step if you’ve been crew for a

while, or if you’ve led a shift somewhere else and want a real path into management.

What you’ll do

• Set the line for your shift: drive-thru headset, front counter, beverage and sandwich station
• Move people where they’re needed as the rush builds and slows
• Coach crew in the moment: show the recipe, give quick feedback, call out great work
• Jump in on any station when the drive-thru backs up
• Fix guest issues on the spot: remake the drink, correct the order, keep it friendly
• Follow cash, labor and food cost procedures for your shift
• Run food safety and cleanliness checks, and earn your ServSafe certification with us
• Help train new Crew Members and flag equipment issues to your manager
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location
• and day.
• Opening, mid and closing shifts; early mornings and weekends are our busiest times

• You can count cash accurately and follow procedures
• You can stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift and carry supplies
