Job Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
