About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Client Success Supervisor to join our personal development team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and guiding clients through transformational leadership programs. Ideal candidates thrive in self-managed environments, enjoy consultative client partnerships, set ambitious goals, and desire a performance-based revenue opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize digital marketing strategies (training provided) to generate and manage inbound client inquiries
• Guide clients through onboarding and program participation to ensure successful outcomes
• Conduct structured discovery calls to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Implement a proven sales methodology to help prospects through the decision-making process
• Engage in ongoing leadership, business, and communications training to continuously improve skills and results
  
  

Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated with a strong track record of goal achievement and desire for financial success
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging in consultative sales conversations
• Passionate about personal development and eager to work in a fast-growing, purpose-driven industry
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using digital tools and platforms for outreach and business operations
• Preferred 8+ years of experience in client advocacy, marketing, business, coaching, education, real estate, sales, or consulting (full training provided)
