• Able to perform basic business math.
• Physical dexterity required (move up to 45 lbs).
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stoop during 90% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced, fun environment.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, recipes, prices and serving sizes.
• Handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
• Support shift operations by reconciling cash drawers at start/end of shifts.
• Notify ARGM/RGM of discrepancies based on sales/receipts.
• Prepare food and beverages to meet brand quality standards.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness per health/OSHA/brand standards.
• Assist in training new crew members and communication of shift issues.
• Resolve service or food issues with customers professionally.

NotifyARGM/RGM of any discrepancies based on sales/receipts.Prepare food and beverages consistently to meet brand quality standards.Maintain uncompromising food safety and cleanliness standards per company, Department of Health, OSHA, andbrand standards.Conduct routine safety and food safety audits to ensure compliance with company, Department of Health, OSHA,and brand standards.Assist ARGM/RGM with training new crew members.Communicate shift-related issues or concerns to ARGM/RGM.Assist in resolving any service or food issues with customers in a professional and respectful manner.Assist ARGM/RGM with unloading deliveries, stocking supplies, and maintaining required inventory levels.Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.Job Requirements and Essential Functions:Must be at least 18 years of age.Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.Excellent communication skills.Dependable attendance and punctuality are a necessity.Able to perform basic business math.Able to complete required online training and certification modules.Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).Able to complete tasks that include stooping, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.Able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
