Job summary

W&M Restaurants is hiring for crew members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, community-driven setting. You’ll learn menu items, assist with food and beverage preparation, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to perform basic business math.
• Able to complete required online training and certification modules.
• Physical dexterity to move items up to 45 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist and stoop during shifts.

Responsibilities
