As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand how to predict business flow and lead a successful team. Your leadership involves building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and fostering a fun, productive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and assist in training team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning; lead the cookie crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
