We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team at Bruegger's Bagels, a place known for authentic New York-style bagels and a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2pm daily.

Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure high-quality food and service, and maintain a safe and clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

Qualifications
