Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. Responsibilities include training employees, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
2. Ensuring a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
3. Motivating and training team members.
4. Maintaining equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Executing marketing plans effectively.
7. Fostering recognition and motivation within the team.
8. Providing feedback to the team and RGM.
