Position Summary Statement

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and others.
• Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain the profitability of the business by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture, mission, and vision.
• Assist the GM in implementing current operations and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
• Ensure all programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
• Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner about issues impacting the business.
• Work on their feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.

Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Note: We are excited to offer a summer hiring bonus: $300 after 90 days for 25-35 hours/week, and $600 for 35+ hours/week, provided employment continues through the payout period.
