Job description

As aShift Leader at our Downtown Memphis store located at200 Beale St, Memphis TN 38103, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business. Your leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Your role as a leader contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to motivate and lead by example
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
