Job summary

Blaze Pizza in Melbourne, FL is seeking a confident Shift Leader to help manage day-to-day operations, deliver great guest service, and lead a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas to company standards.
• Operating a point of sale system and following cash handling procedures.
• Food preparation, cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for guests.
• Providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service to guests.
• Ensuring restaurant cleanliness and maintenance per company standards.
• Leading team members to create lively guest interactions and stepping in where needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards
• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
