Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking Hospitality Ambassadors at our Murfreesboro location to deliver warm, high-energy guest service in a fast-casual setting. You’ll engage guests, take orders, and help guests enjoy both dine-in and digital pickup experiences.

There is little to no food prep; both full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts are available. Minor alcohol restrictions apply, with potential growth into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Food to guests at their tables.
• Delivering Food to Pick up and Curbside Guests.
• Ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas in front of guests.
• Checking in with Guests on satisfaction during their meal.
• Pre-Bussing Tables.
• Cleaning Tables and dining areas, including restrooms.
• Help Guests with the Blaze Pizza App to increase Loyalty users.
• Cultivate the guest experience with fast, courteous, and sincere service.

Come help us Cultivate Fanatics at the nation’s leading build-your-own pizza fast-casual restaurant where Individuality, Quality, Speed, and Fire are key to the success of our company and our team!

We are currently seeking Hospitality Ambassadors who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions in our Blaze Pizza location.

As a Hospitality Ambassador primary responsibility is to ensure our Dine In and Digital Pick Up guests are well taken care of. Being a People Person and a Great Conversationalist are table stakes for this position! There would be little to no Food Prep in this position. We have full and part time opportunities as well as day and night shifts available.
