Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee a fast-paced shift, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for guests. You will set goals, assign roles, coach in real time, and uphold Dunkin’ standards.

Responsibilities include deploying crew, training, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and resolving issues quickly while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with solid math and writing skills.
• QSR experience required; leadership preferred.
• Guest-focused, decisive, and calm under pressure.
• Builds accountable, high-energy teams.
• Reliable and punctual.
