Summary
Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service, contributing to restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with all laws and ethical business practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Demonstrate exemplary operations skills, including preparing quality products that meet Papa John’s standards and accurately reflecting customer orders. Respond promptly to customer concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards using available tools such as the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
- Supervise restaurant team, maintain adequate staffing levels, train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for performance improvement. Foster a team-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
- Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt, friendly service and increasing check averages through product training and sales execution.
- Contribute to profit goals by managing costs within guidelines, executing cash management duties, managing inventory to minimize loss, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized, complying with safety standards at all times.

Functional Skills
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history
Physical Demands
Repetitive hand use, standing, walking, grasping, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally over 51 pounds. Must be able to perform these activities frequently.
Work Environment
Work outdoors in various temperatures, in noisy environments, near moving machinery, with potential exposure to fumes, dust, or chemicals.
