Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to our success. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
  2. Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
  3. Gaining hands-on experience in preparing Panda favorites.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Work involves hot environments with steam, limited space, and high noise levels. Employees must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
