Position Overview:

We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They help set team morale, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders, offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
