Job summary

Auntie Anne's-Little Rock Outlets is seeking energetic Shift Leaders to join our team. You'll oversee service, maintain cleanliness, help train teammates, and provide leadership when managers aren’t available.

You’ll handle cash, run the register, prepare pretzels, and ensure fast, friendly guest service while upholding food safety standards. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to lead by example.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest.
• Help lead the team and keep shifts running smoothly.
• Prepare fresh pretzels and other Auntie Anne's products according to brand standards.
• Operate the cash register and process guest orders.
• Handle cash responsibly and accurately.
• Count down and reconcile register tills at the end of a shift.
• Assist managers with training and developing new team members.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Follow and help reinforce food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Communicate shift issues or concerns to management.

Do you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and helping lead a team? We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join Auntie Anne's as Shift Leaders!

As a Shift Leader, you'll work alongside the team while helping make sure each shift runs smoothly. You'll help provide great guest service, maintain our quality and cleanliness standards, assist with training team members, and provide leadership when a manager is not immediately available.
