Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and uphold exceptional guest service. You will be trained across stations, from register to grill, ensuring quality food and a positive dining experience. The role offers growth opportunities, opportunities for advancement, and a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma, 1–2 years of leadership, and certifications like ServSafe and manager training.

Qualifications

• Must complete 150 hours in-store and learn all line stations
• Must obtain ServSafe certification and complete manager certification
• 1–2 years of leadership experience required

• Trained across stations from register to grill to morning prep and evening close
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards are met
• Provide coaching and supervisory support during shifts
